9. What you can exchange or return - The Effortless T Shirt Company unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or colour.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase.

10. How to Exchange - If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Effortless T Shirt Company Online Store for a different size or colour please follow these instructions.

1. Place the items you wish to return in a box

2. You must include a copy of the invoice

3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
