Orders shipping to addresses in Canada leave from our West Vancouver location Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business days from when they leave the dispatcher.

If items in your order are not available, we will notify you after reception of the order confirmation.

4. Shipping prices vary with destination and weight - Consumer orders under $50 ship at flat-rate of $8.

5. Express shipping - Express orders under $50 ship at a flat-rate of $20. Over $50.00 depends on weight and destination.

8. Sales tax - Sales tax for products ordered on this online store is based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate.

For merchandise shipped to the province of British Columbia, add 12% HST.

For merchandise shipped in the province of Ontario, add 12% HST.

For Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, add 5% GST and 7% provincial sales tax.

All other provinces, add 6% GST or 14% HST, as applicable.

9. What you can exchange or return - The Effortless T Shirt Company unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or colour.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase.

10. How to Exchange - If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Effortless T Shirt Company Online Store for a different size or colour please follow these instructions.

1. Place the items you wish to return in a box

2. You must include a copy of the invoice

3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
