Q. What is your return policy?

The Effortless T-Shirt Company unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.

If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or colour. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:

Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please email: info@menonskateswithsticks.com for that number.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Q. What countries does your online store serve?

We serve all countries but mainly Canada and the United States.

Q. What payment types do you accept?

We accept PayPal

Q. What are your shipping options, policies and prices?

Canadian Orders - Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Orders shipping to addresses in Canada leave from our West Vancouver location. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business days from when they leave the dispatcher.

If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks. Please note that when your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order only. If items in your order are not available, we will notify you after reception of the order confirmation.

* Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

4. Shipping prices vary with destination and weight - Consumer orders under $50 ship at flat-rate of $8.

5. Express shipping - Express orders under $50 ship at a flat-rate of $20. Over $50.00 depends on weight and destination.

Q. Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

Yes if you have it shipped express post you will have to sign for it. If regular mail you will not have to sign for it.

Q. What happens after I place my order?

After you place your order we will send you an email confirmning that we have recieved it and are processing it and we will give you the shipping date. You will then know when to epect your order.

Q. Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?

There are some reasons that may be happening.
1.Your email was incorrectly entered.
2. your mailbaox may have reached its limit.
Please send us your email and order so we can trace it.

Q. How can I track my shipment?

If it was sent express post we can track it for you and let you know what is happening.
If it was sent general delivery ground transportation you can contact Canada Post with the information regarding the shipping date.

Q. What happens if an item is backordered?

If your item is backordered we will contact you when it has come into stock and ship it immediately. Most items can be restocked within two weeks.

Q. Do you sell gift certificates?

No we do not sell gift certificates.

Our Products

Q. Washing instructions?

Washing instructions are on the label of each product. Most of our products are made of 100% cotton and are preshrunck and prewashed. It is advised to wash in cold water and hang to dry.

Q. How do your sizes work?

Q. What does "Unisex Size" mean?

Unisex means that the shirts are not specifically tailored for a man or a woman. They are a basic cut that either sex can wear. (pls. see sizing table above)

Q. What kind of fabrics do you use?

We use 100% cotton whenever possible. Some styles are a synthetic blend with cotton.

Our Company

Q. Who isThe Effortless T-Shirt Company?

The Effortless T-Shirt Company (“ETC”) is a small new home based sports apparel business founded on the love of hockey. The owner, while at a game on night, was asked why she loved hockey so much. She immediately replied “I love men on skates with sticks” and the rest is the history of the company.

ETC offers high quality novelty sportswear. Its trademark “men on skates with sticks” is the base of its opening line. The Company is based in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

ETC is dedicated to giving back to the community. It uses printers and distributors in the lower mainland. 5% of its yearly profits will be donated to Canuck Place, a hospice for children with cancer located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Q. Does The Effortless T-Shirt Company have retail stores?

No we do not. We are an online store only.

Q. Can I work for The Effortless T-Shirt Company?

Not at the moment. We are a small company with few employees. Keep us in mind though as we hope to be a growing company.

Q. Where can I see more photos of your models?

Our models are not professionals and are only seen publicly on our site.

Q. Can I be a model for The Effortless T-Shirt Company?

We do not use professional models. We use ordinary people who love our t-shirts. So if that fits for you send us a pciture and we will review it.
